Whether this involves cleaning, eating or sleeping, check out these great ideas to green your resolutions for the new year.

Green The Household Cleaning - Have you ever considered how 'eco' you're being when you clean the kitchen? Green Your Travel - A great way to slip some exercise in to your day, is to walk or bike to work. Not only does it save you money, but you're saving the environment by not taking transport. Too far to walk or bike? Try to car share with someone who lives nearby; you'll be halving the fuel consumption for both of you.

Green Your Eating - Have you considered how eco-friendly you can make your families lunch boxes? Many lunch bags contain lots of paper and plastic waste that can end up in landfills. However when you think about it, it can be one of the worst rooms in the house for activities that are completely 'un-green'. Paper can be wasted, too much water is used...the list is quite lengthy! Get your eco-friendly fingers at the ready, and head to the bathroom armed with these savvy tips.

Green Your Clothing - When it comes to the clothing on your back, it's easy to look past what it is made from; if it looks good, that's all that matters, right? Wrong. Try to purchase and wear 100% natural fibres or those blended with very minimal synthetic fibre (for example Elastane which gives garments stretch). We choose to promote bamboo fibre as it is grown with no chemical intervention and its fibre is biodegradable, which gives conscientious consumers a real peace of mind. Once you have no further use for a bamboo product you can rest easy, knowing that it will return to the Earth leaving minimal environmental impact. Read more about nylon here.
